Strategi Student Team Heroic Leadership yang dilengkapi Tugas Terstruktur menjadi salah satu alternatif strategi pembelajaran matematika. Pembelajaran disusun dengan diawali pemberian tugas terstruktur, dalam hal ini berbentuk modul (bisa dikerjakan di rumah) kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tatap muka di kelas diharapkan dapat mencapai tujuan lebih baik. Melihat kondisi pembelajaran matematika Bangun Ruang di SMP N 1 Pemalang, diusulkan dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan pembelajaran matematika Bangun Ruang dengan Strategi Student Team Heroic Leadership yang dilengkapi Tugas Terstruktur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) ketuntasan belajar dengan Strategi Student Team Heroic Leadership yang dilengkapi Tugas Terstruktur, (2) apakah hasil belajar pendekatan tersebut di atas lebih baik dari pada strategi pembelajaran ekspositori.
Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII yang terdiri dari enam kelas SMP N 1 Pemalang dengan rataan 40 peserta didik. Sampel dilakukan dengan Cluster random sampling untuk mengambil kelas eksperimen yaitu VIII F dan kelas Kontrol VIII D. Variabel bebas adalah keterampilan proses dan variabel terikat hasil belajar dengan Strategi Student Team Heroic Leadership yang dilengkapi Tugas Terstruktur. Cara pengambilan data dengan lembar pengamatan dan tes. Data yang diperoleh dideskriptifkan dan diolah dengan analisis uji t.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika Bangun Ruang dengan Strategi Student Team Heroic Leadership yang dilengkapi Tugas Terstruktur (1) mencapai ketuntasan belajar keterampilan proses 70 dan ketuntasan hasil belajar 68, (2) Hasil belajar dengan Strategi Student Team Heroic Leadership yang dilengkapi Tugas Terstruktur lebih baik dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori.

Student team heroic leadership strategy which completed with a structure assignment become one of alternative on mathematics learning strategy. The Learning process is arranged by giving stucture assignment in early with a module (can be done at house) then continued by face to face meeting in class that's expected can reach better aim. By looking the condition of mathematic learning about space form at SMP N 1 Pemalang is suggested in this research by doing a mathematics learning process about space form with student team heroic leadership strategy which completed with a structure assignment.
the purpose of this research are 1) knowing the study completeness with student team heroic leadership strategy which completed with a structure assignment. 2) knowing whether the study completeness with this strategy better than expository learing process strategy.
The population of this research is all of the students on class VIII which consist of six class of SMP N 1 Pemalang and there are 40 students each class. the sample was taken by cluster random sampling to take the class experiment, they are VIII F and class control VIII D. The independent variable is the skill process and the dependent variable is the result of study with student team heroic leadership strategy which completed with a structure assignment. the data was taken by observation and test. The data was descripted and processed with test t analysis with one sample.
The result of this research show that the mathematic learning about space form with student team heroic leadership strategy which completed with a structure assignment are 1) Reach the study completness on skill process about 70 and completness of study result about 68 (2)The result of study with student team heroic leadership strategy which completed with a structure assignment is better than expository learing process strategy.
