PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi empiris pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam saham LQ 45 yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2008- 2010)

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility and profitability of the company either partially or simultaneously at a company incorporated in the listing LQ 45 stocks on the Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2010. Sampling in this study is based on purposive sampling method of data retrieval, with criteria: (1) the Company adopted Corporate Social Responsibility, (2) Provide reports complete yearly during the years 2008 - 2010.
The method of analysis used in this study using methods of multiple regression analysis, and testing which includes the assumption of classical test for normality, multikolienieritas, autocorrelation and heterokedastisitas. While testing the hypothesis using an F-test, and t-test. The test data is done on corporate social responsibility as a means of calculating indices of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and Return on Assets (ROA) as a means of calculating the profitability of the market to book value (M / B) as a means of calculating the value of the Company. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous CSR and profitability affect firm value, while the profitability is only partially a significant effect on firm value.
