Difficulty Learning Social Studies Subject Eight Grade Studies of SMP Negeri 4 Jatibarang-Brebes Regency Influenced by various factors:Physiological Factors, family environment, school environment and community environment.But the truth of this argument needs to be proved by the existence of research in order to obtain accurate answers
Issues that were examined in this study is what are the factors that affect laerning difficulities eight grade social studies subjects SMP N4 Jatibarang regency 2010/2011 academic year.This study aimed to find out what are the factors that influences the learning difficulties of the eight grade social studies subjects SMP N 4 Jatibarang regency 2010/2011 academic year.
The population in this study is the eigth grade Junior high SchoolStudents three Gutters Tegal regency of the School Year 2010/2011 226 students.Samples taken a number of 33 students .Sampling using random sampling,by taking one classes are drawn at random VIII F class with 33 students.Datta Collection tool used in this study is the documentation,questionnaire,and observation.
The Results of this study indicate that there are seven(7), factors that effect learning difficulties IPS subjects. The seven factors are(1) Physical condition of students, (2) Students interest,(3) Students attention,(4) Family Support(5),Learning Facilities at home(6) support the school,and (7)teachers.These seven factors have an influence learning difficulties subjects IPS eigth grade students of SMP N 4 Jatibarang .
Based on the result of this study concluced that these factors affect learning difficultis the smooth process of teaching and learning .It is expected that schools can provide a conducive learning atmosphere ,and provide counseling services to enhance students motivation and morale. For parents should always encouraging, guiding and giving a good example to their children in learning ,as well as provding learning facilities and adequate infrastructure at home to study.
