The carried out modification of automotive field aims to get a better performance of an automotive work system. It is done with a standard working system that changes the specification of components or additional components.
This research method uses an experimental approach by changing fuel injection air control kit racing which is focused on V-Ixion motor-cycle. By detecting the power effect and exhaust-gases emission, so there should be a trial for 3 times and then taken the average on each test.
The result which shows the substitution of the fuel injection air control kit affects towards the engine-power of Yamaha V-Ixion motor-cycle. The result, moreover, shows that after having replaced the fuel injection air control kit racing there is a change from the standard motor power 12.8 Hp to be 12.9 hp. As for the exhaust – gases emission is even less after having replaced the fuel injection air control kit racing, but the content of CO increases from 0.21 % to be 0.22% .
