PERAN KONSELING SPIRITUAL TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI DI SMK PGRI 2 TAMAN PEMALANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2012/2013

World education philosophically viewed as a tool or container to educate and form human nature for the better (humanization), is now beginning to shift or disorientation. Similarly, one of which occurred because of lack of education unprepared to follow the times are so fast. That education got a crisis in terms of public confidence, and the more ironic that the current education crisis has entered in the formation of character (personality) as well, the main problem in this research is "Is There a spiritual counseling Role of Students Against Character Formation Classes at SMK XI PGRI 2 Garden Pemalang Academic Year 2012/2013, with the main objective of this research is to find the influence of spiritual counseling role Against Character Formation.
This descriptive correlational study, conducted on 320 students. Of the population selected 48 samples were determined malalui random sampling procedure. Enclosed questionnaire collected data that reveals Role Of Counseling Spiritual Character Formation, assisted with interviews and documentation. Test the validity of using the product moment correlation, with data analysis using t-test.
From the analysis of the data it appears that in general the spiritual counseling, character formation Learners can rise high enough to be out of the category. The calculation data obtained t count reached 2.612 and t table at the limit of rejection with significance level of 5% is obtained tables 0.05 and r = 2.023 dk dk. Data calculated and then correlated with t table was obtained t = 2.612> t table = 0.05, so it can be said that the calculation of significant research data proved Ha (working hypothesis) is accepted, the proposed working hypothesis that "There is a counseling role spiritual character of the formation of a class XI student of SMK PGRI 2 Garden Pemalang Academic Year 2012/2013.
Based on the conclusions above, the expected implementation of spiritual counseling to be held at the school in order to improve the character of the students.
