From result of calculation of linear regresi modestly diperolehY = 12,276 + 0,054 X1 + 0,587 X2 meaning that its meaning [of] employees performance will be positive equal to 12,276 if motivation variable ( X1) and variable of[is spirit [of] [job/activity] ( constant Valuable X2).
