Effect of Educational Level Of Ability Village Officials Village Government Administration in District Kramat Tegal regency

The principal problem in this thesis is the How is the effect of education level government officials, village against village administrative capabilities. His research objective is to determine how far the level of education possessed by village government officials, wanted to know kemapuan village administration and wanted to know how the effect of educational level on the ability of the village administration in District Kramat Tegal regency.
In this study, the research uses a technique questionnaire method (Questionare), Library, Documentation and observation. The population in this study is the village officials and residents in the District of Kramat. The sampling technique used in this study the authors used stratified sampling techniques that sample with the classification of the village. The number of respondents as much as 60 from three villages.
Working hypothesis (Ha) noted "There are positive effects of education level between village officials on the ability of village government administration." To prove the truth of these hypotheses used product moment correlation formula and test the 5% significance test to the formula Z 1.96 (Z tables) where in which there are two variables, the variable X (Village Education Level Apparatus) consisting of two sub-variables and Y variables (ability Village Government Administration), which also consists of three sub-variables. From the calculation results prove the existence of a positive relationship between educational level influence the ability of village officials to the village administration. Calculation of test statistic Z test > Z table in which 5.25> 1,96. Thus the authors proposed the hypothesis was confirmed.
