This problem is internal and external factors that can affect what students learning difficulties on the economic subjects of class VII SMP Bhakti Praja Suradadi Tegal regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student learning difficulties in the economic subjects of class VII Bhakti Praja Suradadi Tegal regency 2009/2010.
The population and sample in this study are all students of class VII Bhakti Praja Suradadi Tegal regency with the number of 60 students. Methods of data collection using two methods, the methods Document and methods Questionnaire (method Angket). With two compact method expected to obtain data regarding the factors that influence student learning difficulties in the economic subjects of class VII SMP Bhakti Praja Suradadi Tegal regency. Methods of data analysis used in this research is descriptive and qualitative methods of analysis.
Based on the results obtained from the refined questionnaire can be obtained that most junior class VII Bhakti Praja Suradadi. This learning difficulties caused by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors such as students do not understand the concept of social studies lessons as much as 41.67%, a lack of talent with the acquisition of 11.67%, a lack of interest by the percentage of 25%, there is no motivation to learn to 48.33%, and a lack of attention from student the percentage of 13.33%. In addition there are also internal factors, external factors consisting of a lack of attention from parents on student achievement of 43.33%, the learning method that is less interesting with a percentage 35%, the relationship between teachers and students who are less harmonious 45%, lack of equipment and materials used in the process of 44.33% and learning environment of students who are not students with the acquisition of 31.67%
Should the teacher more improved quality of IPS material example by media optimalize that more maked the student instereted toward IPS lesson. The harmonys relation between the teacher and the student in order to can tied goodly so that the student has motivation to study active. Should doesn't uses one of subject material in order to student more understood again material that accepted. In this thing the family (the parents) should more learning attention of their children.
