English : Based of the background of the problem the low performance of teachers of High School Pagerbarang 1; it is assumpted that the style of headmaster leadership in period 2006-2010 as one of the factors which can affect the teachers' performance; the statement of the research problem is: "How is the correlation of style of headmaster leadership in period 2006-2010 with the performance of the teachers of High School Pagerbarang 1?" The objective of the research is to find out the correlation of style of headmaster leadership in period 2006-2010 with the performance of teachers of High School Pagerbarang 1. The hypothesis of the research is: It is assumpted that style of headmaster leadership has a significant correlation with the performance of teachers of High School Pagerbarang 1 in period 2006-2010. The method of data collecting is observation and questionairre in Likert grades. The population of the research is 40 teachers of High School Pagerbarang 1 that all of them taken as the research samples. The Analysis of Correlation of Spearman Rank is used as the data analysis method. The Z test is used as the hypothesis test. Based on the data analysis, the rs = 0,67; this value means that style of headmaster leadership in period 2006-2010 has a positive and very powerful correlation with the the performance of teachers of High School Pagerbarang 1. Meanwhile, Z value = 4,17 > Z(0,025) 1,960 which means it is can be concluded that style of headmaster leadership in period 2006-2010 has a significant correlation with the the performance of teachers of High School Pagerbarang 1." />
